Sports Team is the creative partnership of Callum Devlin and Annabel Kean.
Our credits include the feature documentary ‘The Beths: Auckland, New Zealand, 2020’, the web series ‘Live Music Bar’ & ‘Trash Recital’ for UnderTheRadar, as well as a few dozen music videos including clips for The Beths, Billie Marten, Marlon Williams and The Phoenix Foundation. Our short films have made it to the Grand National Final of the 48Hours Filmmaking Competition in 2022 and 2024.
Our debut feature film The Weed Eaters premiered at Whānau Mārama: New Zealand International Film Festival in August 2025, made it’s international premiere at Frightfest, London, before winning Best Feature Film at SXSW Sydney. The Weed Eaters was made in collaboration with production companies Horse Bite and Causeway Films, and will be released in New Zealand cinemas on April 30th.
